The Ghurka Voyage Rewards Program allows you to earn Ghurka Credit on every purchase. This credit is stored as a balance on your Ghurka Wallet Pass and can be used as a gift card for future purchases on Ghurka.com.

Upon the program’s launch on October 7, 2024, customers will receive the tier and Ghurka Credit earned over the past 365 days (from October 8, 2023, to October 6, 2024).

Joining is simple: install the Ghurka Wallet Pass on your Apple or Android device and start earning Ghurka Credit automatically with every purchase.

Please ensure that you use the same email address when installing your Wallet Pass as you use when placing orders to ensure your rewards and tier status are accurately tracked.

You earn Ghurka Credit as a percentage of your purchases based on the amount you spent over the past 365 days. The percentages range from 4% to 10%, depending on your tier within the program:

• Compass: Up to $1,000 annual spend; 4% Ghurka Credit.
• Pathway: $1,000 - $2,000 annual spend; 6% Ghurka Credit.
• Horizon: $2,000 - $3,000 annual spend; 8% Ghurka Credit.
• Zenith: Over $3,000 annual spend; 10% Ghurka Credit.
  

Your Wallet Pass balance and tier should update within an hour of purchase. If your balance or tier doesn’t update within 24 hours, please contact our client care team at 1-833-782-6062 or customerservice@ghurka.com for assistance.

Zenith Legacy tier is awarded to customers who have spent over $12,000 with Ghurka since March 2019. This grants you Zenith status for life.

Unfortunately, purchases made before March 2019 are not included in lifetime spending due to unavailable data.

Yes, Ghurka Credit earned after the program launch will expire 365 days after it is earned.

However, any Ghurka Credit earned from past purchases (October 8, 2023, to October 6, 2024) must be used by December 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM EST.

Ghurka Credit can be applied directly to your purchases at checkout on Ghurka.com. Tap the link in Pass Details to apply the credit to your mobile cart, or enter the code displayed in Pass Details at checkout.

If your purchase exceeds your Ghurka Credit balance, the remaining amount will be charged to your preferred payment method. If your balance exceeds the purchase amount, the remaining credit will be saved for future use.

Upon activating your Ghurka Wallet Pass, you will receive $50 in Ghurka Credit to use on your next order of $250 or more.

You can also Refer a Friend by having them scan the QR code on your Wallet Pass or by tapping “Tap to Refer” in the Pass Details to share a referral link. When your friend activates their Wallet Pass and makes their first purchase, they will receive $50 in Ghurka Credit to use on an order of $250+ (for a total of $100 off if they use both the welcome and referral credit). You will also receive $50 in Ghurka Credit after their first purchase.
