For your convenience, Ghurka accepts various payment methods, including all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, and Affirm. At checkout, international customers are presented with additional payment methods popular in their region.
Unfortunately, we do not accept multiple credit cards at checkout. However, at checkout, you can apply a Ghurka gift card and your credit card. PayPal also allows users to split their purchases between multiple credit cards.

Shipping & Delivery
We strive to ship orders placed before 3:00 pm ET on business days (Monday through Friday) the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 pm ET are processed the following business day. Once shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Personalized items may take up to 3 business days to ship.
Ghurka offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the USA. Expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. Delivery times vary based on the selected shipping method and may be delayed due to carrier issues.
Yes, if the courier has yet to pick up your package, contact us as soon as possible at 1-833-782-6062 or customerservice@ghurka.com to update your shipping address.
Returns & Exchanges
Ghurka offers a free 30-day return window for all non-customized items delivered in the USA. Items purchased in November and December can be returned until the end of January.
International customers are also offered a 30-day return window. You will request and receive a return label from our international fulfillment partner, Global-e. The cost of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.
Customized items, such as monogrammed items and Ghurka Brass, and any items marked Final Sale are non-returnable.
Customers in the USA may use the prepaid return label included with their order. If you need to reprint the label, please use our Return Portal.
Yes, you can opt for an exchange. The amount you paid for the original item will be immediately available to purchase a new item(s) through our Return Portal.
Returns will be checked for quality and refunded if in new condition within three business days of receipt.
International Ordering
We ship to most countries and territories worldwide. Your language and currency should update automatically, but you can change it in the main menu on mobile, in the top left on desktop, and in the footer menu on mobile and desktop. Please contact customerservice@ghurka.com should you have any issues checking out.
To place an international order, add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and select your country/region. Complete your shipping information on the redirected page.
The order's value will be charged in the currency of the country/region you are billing/shipping to.
The total cost at checkout includes all import duties, taxes, and applicable fees. Please note that these charges are nonrefundable. International shipments are subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.
Product Care
Each product comes with a branded box or a dust bag. We recommend storing your product in its packaging in a dark and temperate-controlled space when not in use.
Leather
For surface dirt, wipe clean with a damp cloth.
For minor scuffs, use Ghurka Leather Care Formula as a cleaner and conditioner.
Apply a small amount onto a clean, dry cloth and rub gently into the leather, evenly coating a complete section or panel of the product to achieve a uniform result.
When dry, gently buff the leather with a clean, dry cloth.
If the leather should get wet, let it dry and blot gently with a soft, white cloth.
Twill
Treat stains immediately with a mild solution of color-free laundry detergent and warm water.
Mix one teaspoon of detergent to each pint of water.
Dampen a clean white cloth with the solution and blot the affected and surrounding area.
Do not scrub or brush a singular spot on your bag because this may cause discoloring.
It is always best to clean a complete section of the product to achieve a uniform appearance.
Ghurka Leather Care can be used on the leather details of your twill bag. Be careful not to apply any solution to the twill as it may cause discoloration.
Do not leave the bag in direct sunlight for extended periods.
Do not machine wash or dry clean.
Hardware
Your brass or nickel hardware can be polished for a shinier appearance.
Use a quality metal polish and avoid applying it to the product’s fabric and/or leather.
Leather only needs treatment a couple of times each year. If you are an adventurer and your bag must last under the most extreme conditions, it is advisable to condition your bag three or four times each year. If your bag gets wet or rained on, always apply conditioner before allowing the bag to dry out.
Our specially formulated conditioner protects and preserves your Ghurka leather goods, ensuring soft, supple leather for the lifetime of your collection. Use it on all of your designer leather goods.
